Our technicians cover a stretch of south Snohomish County plus Shoreline, just over the line in King County. Four of the six towns sat on the old Seattle–Everett Interurban, while Edmonds and Mill Creek lie to the west and east of its route. Five of them share the Sultan River supply stored in Spada Lake; Shoreline gets Seattle’s Tolt supply, and all of it is soft. Gas heat runs from about 57 percent of homes in Mill Creek down to about 28 percent in Everett, which changes the mix of dryers and ranges we meet. Every town pays the same diagnostic charge; accept a repair and the charge is counted into its price, decline and nothing else is billed.
