The form drops into our inbox, and a person from the office rings you to pick a two-hour slot and run through a few details: the model number, any code showing on the display and the easiest way in to the machine. Prefer to talk first? Phone us and we ask the same questions. On the day, the technician arrives within that slot, measures before swapping any part, and puts a single figure for the fix in writing. Accepting it means that figure already covers the diagnostic fee; declining means the diagnostic is your only cost.
