How we handle the details in your request

Interurban Appliance Pro · Lynnwood, WA

What the form collects

Our request form asks what appliance needs attention, your ZIP code, what the problem looks like and a preferred day, plus your name, phone number and the home address where the machine is. Anything extra, such as a second appliance for the same visit, can simply go in the problem description. No payment details are collected. The diagnostic fee and any repair are settled during the visit itself.

How it reaches us

Pressing send hands your details to a form-processing service, and that service forwards them to our company email inbox. Its role is to carry the message from this website to us and nothing beyond that. What you type is never posted publicly, no account is created and no password is requested. If you would rather skip the form, you can give us the same details over the phone.

How we use it

We use what you send for one purpose: arranging and carrying out the repair visit you requested. That means returning your call, agreeing on a two-hour slot, routing the technician to your address and bringing what the machine is likely to need. A note about a second machine, if you add one, serves only to plan that same visit. We send no newsletters and no promotions built from your details.

Never sold

Your details are never sold, rented or traded, and we do not hand them to advertisers or marketing lists. Apart from the form-processing service that carries the message, no outside party is involved in getting your request to us. Within our company, only the people scheduling your visit and the technician assigned to it ever see what you wrote in the form.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of the people who visit it. We do not follow you to other websites or show you ads based on your visit here. The pages exist to explain the service and let you request a visit; reading them does not require you to give us any personal details at all.

Keeping or deleting your details

Request details stay on file only while we need them to complete the job and honor the warranty written on your invoice. To have your request deleted, call and ask; we remove it and confirm once it is gone. The same call can fix a wrong phone number or address before the visit, so the technician reaches the right door.
